- Respond rather than react when anxiety strikes
About Allison
Allison often describes herself as a “wounded healer”—someone whose own journey has strengthened her ability to sit with others in theirs. She brings warmth, honesty, curiosity, and groundedness into every session, offering clients a space where they can feel seen and supported without pressure or judgment. She works with teens, adults, couples, parents, and families, with a special passion for mother–daughter relationships and supporting women through major life transitions.
Her Philosophy
Allison encourages clients to rediscover moments and activities that bring genuine joy, while offering themselves the same kindness they readily give others. She believes healing isn’t about striving for perfection, but about learning to listen to emotions, honor personal needs, and practice self-compassion. Through this process, clients can create a life that feels authentic, balanced, and aligned with who they truly are.
Allison Off-Duty
Allison finds joy in movement, hiking, biking, yoga, or simply walking outside. Nature refuels her, and time spent nurturing her relationships brings her grounding and meaning. She loves traveling to new places, sharing deep belly laughs with friends, and soaking up time with her family.
Â
These moments remind her of the very things she helps clients reconnect with: presence, joy, connection, and self-kindness.
